IKEA’s fleet of electric delivery vans and trucks operate from distribution centres across Australia, supporting the company’s strong commitment to becoming climate positive by 2030.
Anticipating the need for several hundred additional electric vehicles over the next few years, IKEA recognised that on-site EV charging infrastructure would be essential to power this transition.
The Solution
To contribute to this critical upgrade, Chargefox awarded an EV charger installation project at IKEA in Marsden Park, NSW, to Quality Energy.
After assessing IKEA’s requirements, Quality Energy installed four 22kW AC three-phase EV chargers at the on-site loading bays.
